By accessing and using the services provided by The Urban Services ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
The Urban Services provides facility management, manpower supply, housekeeping, cleaning, chef services, electrician services, and related solutions across Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and requirements.
Service Agreements
All service engagements require a formal agreement or work order. Pricing, duration, and scope of work will be outlined in the specific service agreement between the client and The Urban Services.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may attract additional charges. All prices are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian law.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. No refund will be provided for services already rendered.
Liability
The Urban Services ensures all staff are background-verified and trained. However, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the service fee paid.
Staff Conduct
All deployed staff are employees or contractors of The Urban Services. Clients must not directly hire or engage our staff without prior written consent. Any such engagement will attract a penalty as per the service agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
